Patients using this medication may at times experience corneal thinning, cataract, fungal infection and rise in intraocular (eye) pressure. If you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time, consult your doctor immediately.
When not to use Dexamethasone
This medicine should not be used in patients with viral, fungal, tuberculous or purulent infections of the eye.
How to take Dexamethasone
This medicine should be taken with food.
Uses of Ciprofloxacin
Cipotic-D is used in respiratory(lung) tract infections, skin, and soft tissue infections. Stomach infections, UTI (urinary tract infections), otitis media (an inflammatory disease in ear), sinusitis (inflammation of sinus), gonococcal urethritis (inflammation of the urethra due to a sexually transmitted disease) and cervicitis (inflammation of lower end of uterus), pelvic inflammatory disease (disease of female reproductive organ), malignant external otitis (disease of the ear), and prophylaxis (prevention) of infection in neutropenic patients (low levels of white blood cells).
