Side effects of Dexamethasone
Patients using this medication may at times experience corneal thinning, cataract, fungal infection and rise in intraocular (eye) pressure. If you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time, consult your doctor immediately.
When not to use Dexamethasone
This medicine should not be used in patients with viral, fungal, tuberculous or purulent infections of the eye.
How to take Dexamethasone
This medicine should be taken with food.
Uses of Moxifloxacin
This medicine is used in those eye conditions for which a corticosteroid is indicated and where bacterial infection or a risk of bacterial infection exists.
Side effects of Moxifloxacin
Patients using this medication may at times experience secondary eye infection, increased lacrimation (watery eyes), and conjunctival irritation. If you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time, consult your doctor immediately.
When not to use Moxifloxacin
This medicine should not be used in patients with the following viral infections ; epithelial herpes simplex keratitis and varicella.
