This includes patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome requiring treatment of these symptoms. Side effects of Diane 35The common side effects of this medicine include GI upset, weight gain, weight gain, headache, depression, breast pain/tenderness, menstrual changes, breakthrough bleeding, discoloration of the skin and contact lens irritation. When not to use Diane 35This medicine is contraindicated to use in individuals with a history of migraine with focal neurological symptoms, severe liver disease, diabetes mellitus with vascular involvement, undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, presence or history of deep venous thrombosis, heart attack or angina pectoris.
