Medicine Overview Of Epler 50mg TabletUses of EplerThis medicine is used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), congestive heart failure (heart disorder) and hepatic cirrhosis (liver disorder) with ascites (fluid in abdomen).Side effects of EplerPatients using this medicine may at times experience diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, hyperkalaemia(high level of potassium), postural hypotension (low blood pressure), headache, insomnia, rash, back pain, leg cramps or renal impairment.
